Can I Swap An Item?
As an extra benefit to all our customers we also can arrange to swap a white jacket or trousers for free.
If you find that the white suit for men you receive does not fit you perfectly, but you need a slightly smaller or larger size - that is no problem.
As we have a 100% satisfaction policy, we are very happy to swap your garment for another size - so long as we have it in stock.
To return your garment and swap it for a different size - please follow the following instructions:
- Place garment back in box / packaging it originally came in.
- Place inside with garment a note stating your full name and address and order number (if you have it)
- Please state what size you wish to swap this garment for (ie. the new size).
- Post garment back to - Perfectsuits UK Ltd, 55A Kew Bridge Road, Brentford, Middlesex, TW8 0EW, United Kingdom.
- Upon receipt of the garment, we will send to you the new sized garment.
Do I Need To Send Back The Complete Suit?
No, if you just want to exchange just the jacket or the trousers - just send back the item which you need to change.
